HORIZONTAL DILUTION OF PRECISION (HDOP) ADVISORY
Users in certain parts of the world may experience short
periods of high HDOP/PDOP on September 11th, 2009, as a result
of a routine Delta-V maneuver with satellite #52 (PRN-31).

illustrations for each affected area may be seen by clicking
