On September 19, 2023, between the hours of 0800 and 1600 the North Coast Pedestrian Bridge at the entrance to Voinovich Park will require a 30-mintue advance notice for openings. Mariners should provide advance notice directly to the drawtender on VHF-FM Marine Channel 16.
