1. There will be a safety zone enforced between a line drawn perpendicular to the riverbanks from position 41-29.55 N 081-42.23 W. Just passed the Detroit-Superior Viaduct at MM 1.42 of the Cuyahoga River south to a line drawn perpendicular to the riverbanks at position 41-28.32 N 081-40.16 W just south of the Interstate 490 Bridge MM 4.79 of the Cuyahoga River. 2. The safety zone will be in effect on September 21, 2024 from 4:45 AM to 5:15 PM local time. 3.
