From April 7, 2025, through June 30, 2025, between the hours of 0700 and 1700, Monday through Friday the O’Rourke Bridge at mile 1.25 over the Genesee River will require a 30-minute advance notice for openings. Mariners should provide advance notice on VHF-FM Marine Radio Channel 16. Contractors will be cleaning the bridge with snooper trucks under the bridge. Spotters will warn of approaching vessels and move the man lift to allow vessels to pass. Mariners should avoid driving through large amounts of water falling from the bridges.
