From December 22, 2025, through November 12, 2027, scaffolding that hangs approximately 3-feet below low steel will be installed under the I-94 Bridge at Mile 8.59 (CORPS MILE 324.6) over the Little Calumet River. Snooper trucks will be used with spotters who will warn contractors of approaching vessels and move the manlift to allow vessels to pass.
