Mariners are advised the U.S. Coast Guard will enforce a 500-yard moving safety zone around the barge PEGASUS from 8:00 a.m. on April 21, 2026 until 11:00 p.m. on April 22, 2026 in the GIWW from Mile Marker (MM) 14 East of Harvey Lock (EHL) to MM 73 (EHL). To seek permission to enter the safety zone, contact the USCGC SAWFISH on VHF-FM channel 16 during the enforcement period.
