Participating Fire Boats and First Responder Boats will follow a designated route from Belmont Bay Harbor Marina, upriver to Occoquan Wharf, and back down river to the fuel dock. Mariners are urged to use caution when transiting the area and reduce vessel speed to that necessary to maintain safe course while operating near participating vessels.
